IJ is a charismatic inclusive leader with proven capability to understand the complex change in a multi-disciplinary environment. She applies her Project management experience, PMO expertise, Governance, Assurance, and Stakeholder management charm to develop strategies, and enable the setup and delivery of multi-billion pound programmes.

When you think of setting up and delivering large-scale projects with uncertainties and ambiguity, that’s when you need IJ. She has the energy to weed out the noise and distill the big picture into a strategic workable solution. She also has a unique multitasking capability to flex and work on multiple projects at the same time.

IJ equally has a burning passion to bring Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion to any organisation. As a people-oriented inspirational leader, her natural relationship-building energy flows right into developing inclusive high performing teams through mentoring and coaching. She is on a mission to transform the face of leadership through her commitments to inclusive leadership development programmes.

Amal is an experienced Senior Project Control Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. Skilled in Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Team Leader and motivator with a passion for Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion in the workplace. Strong operations professional with an MSc focused in Construction Management from University of Reading and a BE from the American University of Beirut.
