A little more about Alberto Sanchez,

+25 years of experience delivering large-scale projects valued at over $10 billion in Asia-Pacific, Middle East, Europe, and Central Asia, and Latin America. Expertise across multiple industries including infrastructure, energy, chemical, petrochemical, and utilities throughout all project phases (feasibility studies, pre-FEED, FEED through to commercial operation). Demonstrated ability to lead project control groups including planning/scheduling, risk management, and cost management in the private and public sector.

Currently working as Group Head of Planning for a multinational engineering and construction company overseeing the building, engineering, and services business from a planning and scheduling perceptive. Guest speaker at major companies, universities, and conferences worldwide on planning/scheduling, risk management, project assurance, and modular construction. NSW & ACT Subcommittee Chair of AACE International.
