PMO’s come in all shapes or sizes. But do every organisation value the work and the position of some PMO’s. The answer is mixed, as are the types of PMO’s and to the degree to which they are effective or inhibiting. Dale and Val share some of their views and experiences on this topic and what businesses could do to empower PMO’s and ensure they had value and do not constrict or constrain the project.

Val and Dale believe the PMO is an imperative and executive position that is required to support the size, complexity and volume of modern projects.
